Anyone know of any good metalwork blogs out there? Preferably to do with decorative metalwork. Looking for something well written and articulate, google isn't throwing much up.

I can remember looking at a few some time back but have no idea which ones. I even started one and ost interest in updating it, I just googled sculpture blog and there a few around, too lazy to investigate them. I wil see if I can find the decent one I used to follow.

I'm sorry Andy, some of those are most definitely not sheds.
The so called 'Engine shed' is most definitely a building.
Old Glory is a picture of a beautiful thing though so I will let you off.

Couldn't find the sculpture/art metal blog I used to follow, it was worth the effort though.
why are so many blogs such rubbish?

The Old Glory is up against a wall which might be a shed, the tools look like they could live in a shed

There was contraversy in last year's shed week when a wooden caravan made it into the final of shed of the year. This year's winner is a pirate themed shed.

As you mentioned, keeping a decent blog going takes lots of time. I've seen a trend recently, particularly in welding blogs of pages with one "fact" such as "arc welding is welding with an arc" and then very little else other than adverts. I try not to fall into that trap but don't always have time for a more detailed article.

I'm always on the lookout for guest articles or people who don't mind being interviewed. So let me know if you want to share details of the artinsteel workshop.

well done, I was impressed by the effort into presentation, linking to bands was a nice touch, and the photomontage thingy.
I admire people who do things not for personal gain. I owe you a bottle of cider, when are you coming over? I will of course charge you for a visit to a celebrity shed.
