Chaps, I've got my mk1 caddy booked in for media blasting.
But I'm now thinking that I should have a go myself, my Dad has a giant Hidge Clemco pot and various high CFM Diesel compressors (thankfully all adjustable) we have never done a shell before, we usually use copper slag on Agricultural machines.
We have experience on thinner materials but they are all done in our Guyson cabinets with various different grades of media.
What media would you recommend on the underside that's covered in underseal, and what would you reccomend for the painted panels. I don't fancy doing the roof or the rear quarters as I'd be too scared of warping them
Also is it too much of a risk me doing it without experience?
Cheers,
Sam.
