Big steel wheels

Does anyone on here make or know anyone that makes steel wheels ? l need six 20" dia steel wheels that will take a tyre that is also 20" wide, some one must make them for agricultral use l would think, will buy them with out any centres and pop my own in
something like this or this is what l am after

I used to sell stuff to this crowd. They made agri vehicle wheels using fixed,straight mig torches over positional units that rotated the wheels.

What about getting some banded wheels made ive widened many wheels in the past
