Best way to sell somthing

if you have invented a new piece of kit then and you think it will sell well the first thing to do is speak to a solicitor that deals with patents and copy right before every tom dick and harry have started to make them, then move on to marketing the idea.

Thanks for advice I have decided go for it myself and try and sell them myself I have a tractor dealership interested in letting me put them on there forecourt for a little bit of everyone they sell for me. Or should I say every person that goes in the tractor deals hip that asks about it they pass them onto me and everyone I sell I will give the some cash. It's a start,

One more thing I would like to no is I see that there is ce stickers on most implements was just wondering does anyone no ins ands and outs of this and what other thins I need to consider ???
