As above, which way is best? I need to send a letter to a dodgy trader, and the last time I sent a lette via RM (signed for) was 2 years ago, and it still hasn't been delivered!

Possibly delivered but without being scanned. A couple of years ago they introduced printable barcodes to replace the bright orange stickers. They're so easy to miss now, especially on brown envelopes.As above, which way is best? It was Firearms document to my Doctors, and they have still not received it - I wound up hand carrying copies and insisting that the Practice Manager signed for itPossibly delivered but without being scanned. Yes I have sent several recorded or registered letters to miscreant etc , all the post office do is guarantee to take your money . I think they say " we have tried to deliver the packet " which is a total waste of time , be very wary of using solicitors to get CCJ's they to like your money too .Not necessary and also gives a heads up.
