Yes I know they charge commission but they are selling to a worldwide market with their auctions. OBM is subscription only, I have been getting it for years, and it does have a limited readership. Same for Classic Bike magazine. Some of the dealers out there, no names no pack drill, are sharks from some of the stories I’ve heard , but a few phone calls might give you some idea of trade value.

Winchman, pm me for my email address. If you can send a couple of pics I will contact a friend at Bonhams, and ask his opinion off the record. I have been at their Stafford auctions for many years and know several staff having worked for one of them some years ago. Sammy Miller is another possibility.

I would advertise it on Facebook there are lots of old bike groups, the Owners Club, plus the VMCC if it still exists, 'Wesellclassicbikes.com', Old Bike Mart,I know nothing about Bonhams etc but it sounds promising.
Start applying for the logbook, age related plates etc if you dont have them.
Can you you post a piccy here, Im sure lots of us would like to see it.
