Depending on the size you want, it's possible that hygienic dairy pipe bends would be easily sourced, but the sizes start at 1" and go up in increments of 1\2" up to 3". (1\16" wall thickness). Depending on your Cheshire location, FWB Cymru in Wrexham stock these.
Also try a local Stainless Steel stockholder, as there are many industrial uses for properly shaped bends, i.e. not flattened on the curve, we have sourced 6" bends for instance from stockholders quite easily.

As said dairy/hygenienic bends from a metals/stainless stockholder is usually the cheapest source but more limited on available sizes (diameters and bend angles) than somewhere like ojz engineering. Most stockholders... have to call for a price as their prices can fluctuate, allstainless (£40 min order) one of the few that have on line prices (DMstainless site not working at the mo) but googling 'stainless hygienic bends' uk results only will get you a bunch more leads
