Best place to bulk buy steel

Last year i needed a piece of Stainless tube a few inches long for an exhaust manifold, couldnt get any locally so asked on here. Nobody had any so i had to buy a bit a foot long from metals4u at vast expense.
One week later i walked past the yacht club scrap skip & Lo there was 7 feet of the exact same tube sticking out of the skip. I now have enough for scores of manifolds. I could have shat & stamped in it!

For the Tube https://www.hublebas.co.uk/ They are 'I think' the biggest player in the UK for tubes. Many other stockholders get supplied Via Hubleebas. It can sometimes work out better using different supplier for different material section. The angle, just shop about or look at the ones suggested or look about with more local metal suppliers, literally dozens and dozens out there, as someone mentioned Yell.com is your friend with something like this, rather than who pays google the most to get better search results... don't forget you will pay for those search results in the price they charge you.

Regarding the online suppliers, they prey and the naive and unwitting who don't know where else to get materials. I can promise you industry does not pay the price they try to charge, we would all be out of business if we did.

Acton bright. unsure if they will do the angle or tube for that matter, but its worth an ask.
