It was always the common sense approach.
I suppose they'll assume SORN if you're not taxed.
Does this mean they'll abandon continuous insurance?
You have to declare a SORN and once you do it runs out after 12 months then you need to tell them its still SORN if you dont you will get fined for no tax. I had to SORN my golf every 12 months
