Best liner with lincoln innershield wire

As the title says really which wire liner should i use with lincoln innershield nr211mp wire?

I was going to get a metal one but i seem to remember seeing somewhere on the web a guy saying to use a teflon liner with this wire but i thought teflon was for ally wire

My welder is a Clarke 150en turbo

Get a metal wire. Anything plastic will wear out fast with gasless wire as it is has a rough surface.
