A length of steel wire from an offcut of SWA to hold hoses onto barbs as I never have any hose clamps. Wrap it around once and twist it with pliers till the "tail" breaks off and it's nice and secure.
And if it's a Henderson garage door lock, put anything that fits in the keyhole and twist itRe. Pinching keys through the letter box, if it's a Yale lock, just poke a twig through the letter box, flip the lock up and let yourself in. It was easier than finding my keys while at uni, there was a special twig and everything
I think he's suggesting using the smaller diameter core as a pilot in a pretty existing hole that needs enlarging
What material for the cutting are these cutters? OnOff
don't wish to put the mockers on your idea but......you need a pilot drill in starrett cutters otherwise you feck the job up or at worse do yerself an injury.
