best / cheapest place to get gas for mig near aberdeen ?

hello, i am getting a mig welder that works finally but kneed gas as i only have a pub gad bottle(bought for £1.50)
i am near to aberdeen, where should i get gas ? i know theres boc but there exoensive for one or 2 bottles arnt they ? i also will knees a big oxygen bottle soonish, where should i get that ? sorry for asking ab out oxy in sheilding gas section

up there you might have to go for rental as i doubt there will be many inderpendants try the suppliers list and see what stands out
