Berlan Tig Welder

Hi, I'm a bit confuzzled by this welder(don't take much)

I know that to weld ally you need an AC welder and that most of the cheapo chinese ebay tigs are DC only.

On the front panel there are 2 switches, one looks like a switch for arc to tig and the other looks like a switch for AC to DC?

There are two dials on the fron, what do these do?

Is this right or am I missing something?

If so can this unit weld ally?

No that particular cannot weld Aluminium.

The 2nd knob that you are looking at is for the downslope time I would imagine, its definatley a DC only powersource.
