bending 15mm plastic water pipes

I've seen a few YT videos where plumbers were bending plastic 15mm pipe using conventional pipe benders to do the installation. Does anyone know if this would have been PEX or PB, is one better than the other for bending?

PEX unless is was an American video where they use PB, I think PB has been banned in some states (I could be wrong here)
You can bend PEX just by rubbing it in your hand and flexing it .

I wonder if the UK stuff is different, my house id full of Hep2O pb pipes.

You can bend MLCP, plastic coated aloominum. Not very popular in the UK as a lot of it is 16mm and uses odd fittings.
Pegler did do 15mm, I used it on some care home jobs
