Belt sander belt??

Hi, been given an old bench-top belt sander with a separate motor.

The rollers are 75mm, but the circumference around both rollers is about 780mm...... can't find any belts

Am I measuring it wrong or is it too old

type in belt sander on ebay theres loads of them look 4 the cheapest price

Look on ebay for johnt1102 and send him an email, he's very helpful and makes belts so you could get some from him.

Thanks guys.......sent an email and the guy got straight back to me, told what kind of belt sander it is and gave me an excellent price

He is on another forum I read and gives good advice. I've had abrasives from him privately for a B&D power file and my belt sander/grinder and always had good results.

If you want to know the size of belts[or bandsaw blades] for that matter, if both wheels are the same size then measure the diameter & multiply by pi then measure the center to centre distance apart of the wheels & multiply by two,add to the other measurement & you have got the belt/blade length, all you need to do then is select the grade.
