Ordered parts to make new bars in my 4 bar setup using right and left hand threaded adapters to make changing pinion angle easier. The tubes are chrome moly DOM and the adapters are steel. Have both a MIG and TIG unit. Which one should I use? I'm a newbie with a little experience. Willing to try and learn like the pro's.

Personally I'd TIG them, but if I were you I'd be doing a lot of practice joints on scrap tube first before I felt confident to try the finished article. If you snap a link bar on the move you will be hard pressed to retain control of your vehicle. And seeing how your country seemingly invented the lawsuit I'd think long and hard about the ramifications of failure.
Have you got a fab shop local that might give you a hour of tuition with someone good (highly beneficial) to help you along and look over what you've done when you're finished?
