Battery Tester

Hello,
Looking around to purchase a Battery tester and found out this Forum.
I have to say that I really impressed and really congratulation to the people that created.
As the title stated I am looking to purchase a Battery Tester.
Not a professional my self.
I do have narrowed down my research in two testers.

The one is:
Sealey Battery Drop Tester 6/12V

Sealey Voltmeter & Ammeter 6-24V

Could you please someone clarify the difference between these two testers?

If you want to test a car/vehicle battery for starting purposes then you need the first link, the battery drop tester,as it loads the battery

A cheap digital multimeter will check the voltage and current like the second link meter ..
