Bargain of Weekend

im in Barnstaple this weekend and went to the local car boot sale and picked up 4 record Stilson spanners ranging in size from 8" to 18" for 9 quid

A couple of interesting projects have just been born

Mine was an ex-MOD Gortex jacket for a fiver.

Mine was a case of 20 beers wrongly priced as the same as the case of 15 price,
Shame there was only one case left

Mine was a pair of quite decent computer speakers, for £3 from the recycling shop. Tested on Led Zeppelin, hell yeah!

The only Auto jumble around me is Rufforth. (1st Sat of the month)
Half the decent traders no longer stand. (Where do they stand now?)
And its a fiver to get in.

Oh and it's a waste of time.

Hah,I got a 17" flatscreen monitor for £5 in barnardo's yesterday....handy for my CNC

Thanks for the linky, I knew a lot of those. There's Rufforth(£5) and Newark(£10), that's worth going to).

I'm not spending £40 (inc fuel) to walk round an empty field, because there is a bigger better, auto jumble somewhere else.

Swiss made 28" vernier height gauge for £10 ~ seller didn't know what it was, he wanted £10 for a broken dial gauge as well, I passed on that offer!
