Bandsaw water pump strip down

Hi new to this site but need a little help!
My band saw pump is running fine but I think the cable wire is slack on a circuit board inside off getting pulled over the years doing angle cuts, I've tried everything to separate the plastic bottom to the aluminium case but I can't. There are no screws and nothing els that I can see to separate to allow access to the wires
Will be grateful for any help!

That is the only way in, so keep trying. It is probably glued together with silicone to make it liquid tight. Try cutting around the joint with a Stanley knife. Try and drive a spare blade into each corner and open up the gap a bit, then cut into the sealant until it gives in. Maybe some light heat from a hot air gun might make it more pliable.

As an outside possiblity, check that the very end/top of the case (rectangular recess in the first photo) is not a sticker hiding some additional fixings.

Cheers for the reply mate the plastic is basically stuck to the ally case it's ripping away as I pull back I think destroying it nd glueing it back is the only way haha there is nothing els seen to remove

Was there any fixings down the holes in the impellor housing pic 2, below the shaft?

Nope it is basically one whole piece which is understandable with what it is tbh Lol
My next question will this be a suitable replacement and a reasonable price

Are you after 230v or three phase 415v? The one to which you link is quite expensive when shipping is included. Search for 'suds pump' as that seems to be a better way to find them.

As the motors are very low HP, it is very easy to convert a 3-phase one to single phase (e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/234704164634)

ill be betting the cable fault is right where the cable gland is ,,, try turning th pump on and wiggling the cable at that point ,,, then you can decide if its worth picking out the potting and putting a new cable on , or cutting the cable and soldering a new pice on as tight as you can get it to the housing , then potting the joint ,,, that depends on your skill and confidence levels ,,,

Yup my thinking after trying to remove the ally case I've knocked the stainless bar and it just went abit tight I think it's gonna be easier to buy a new one
