Bad Batch?

Bought some Etch Primer & its leaving a really rough finish. Its like the cans have got bits in the paint?

Is that normal with Etch Primer? As I know normal primer doesn't leave such a rough finish.

Going to sand it back before top coat, Otherwise it's going to look real rough

Will give it a better shake tomorrow to see if it makes any difference!

Could possibly be frost damage Ashley, paint can go squiffy if the cold gets to it.
