Seen a few questions in the past about this brand.

My mig plant i have at home is an Awelco, so thought id put up a few pics of it for you to view, and discuss...

Forced aeration

does that mean its got a fan ?

Im surprised you bother with a welder at home when you have access to a full fabrication shop ? with all the toys you could ever want

What does it weld like Hitch? Using pub gas there? or do i see an argo bottle hiding behind?
Can't say i've ever used one of those - aimed at the pro market or diy?

It came from one of the suppliers we use at work, a line they had for a while.

It welds pretty nice, i can do a run as long as you like on .9 sheet, without having to stop/start... will weld all day without wire feed issues. Tends to get a bit noisey on high settings.

Market its aimed at, i think its deffo a DIY machine. Its not got a massive duty cycle.
Chassis is pretty good, wire cover is very basic, a lift off panel.
Feed motor, never taken that side cover off before, but it quite happily pulls a 15kg reel through.

Gas, theres a coogar5 cylinder on the back, yes.

Have seen them in Aus with different brand name. Not a bad MIG. Still get parts for them here.

For anyone that wants a look inside, heres a PDF, although it has slightly different wire speed controls, id imagine its 95% identical
