The "modern ceramic ones are the repair, or upgrade.

Modern? I haven't seen that style of resistor in 50 years or more.

Megga still supply them as a repair item for their kit.

avo have or had the full list of serial numbers and original purchasers of sold meters i got one given and it went faulty . was going to send it in but even after 8 years it was still warm i have my fluke meters from over 18 years and they still have the records and serial numbers when i bought them
