Avdel blind fasteners?

Is that what these are? Bought in a job lot yonks ago and stumbled across them today.

Thems what you use to tempory hold things together then replace with rivets. Avdel also make the rivets aka blind fasteners. A/craft guys usually call those Clecos, as a generic name.
