Dustbin heaters don't heat a dustbin but are a really good heater that are in a dustbin I seem to recall they burn diesel. Some ramco stuff is really good, but remember the charges

I looked up the dustbin heaters, apparently the proper name is the M67 Immersion heater and it was for heating up large volumes of water quickly.
It seems to consist of a petrol drip burner and flue with you lit and submerged into a dustbin of water, I can see a hillbilly hot tub in the offing!
