arrgh, nosebleed!

Don't know what's brought this on. Maybe some stuff flew up it when I took the bike out for a whirl but seems a bit ott.

They always told me I'd pull the lining out me cap if I didn't stop it. I had a spell of bleeds over the last few months and it was blood pressure related. It's down again to a more normal level and they've stopped now.

You have the weirdest colour blood I've ever seen, unless it's just the photo or my monitor which throws the colour off.

^^ If it was mine, I'd be disappointed because it wasn't blue......

On a serious note, there's usually a medical reason for an 'unprovoked' nose-bleed - if it happens again I'd get checked out by the GP.

It looks worse than it was. I noticed it was bleeding so jammed a wad of tissue up there. Unfortunately I didn't pack it in tight enough so it slowly wicked out through the tissue without me realising. No drama, was just surprising how much had snuck out without me noticing. Colour looks fairly standard to me - red. Maybe a slightly darker shade than uncongealed, runny blood would be.

I've always been a tad susceptible to nosebleeds, aggravated by dust, high volatile solvents or getting bashed in the face.
