Been using Flex core until now.
Im off to get some Argoshirld tomorrow but I'm stumped on which regulator to buy.

Any help guys

Not sure how you mean.

You want one with a contents guage (obviously) the choice then is for either a delivery guage or a flow meter (where a plastic ball inside a clear plastic tube shows the flow rate).

It's really a matter of personal preference.

Either will do. The gas supplier will probably have some and be only to happy to show you and advise.

Don't forget that on most small MIGs you'll need an adaptor from thick tube to thin tube.

Its just that Im looking at regulators and some say for oxygen or C02 or Argon.

As to different regulators the threads on the regs, fuel gasses have a different thread to non-fuel gasses, so oxy, argon, helium, etc. have the same thread. You could use an oxy regulator for argon, but not good practice. Pub gas needs an adaptor to a non fuel gas regulator and propane and butane use a different kind of regulator altogether.

Weldequip or BOC (or maybe even AP) will advise/set you up.

A decent regulator properly looked after will last you a lifetime, so well worth getting something you like.
