Argon/Co2 in Portsmouth area

Hi looking for a supplier of Argon/Co2 in my area.Don't want to rent a bottle as I have one that came with my welder(1/2 bottle size) just need to get this filled or exchanged,can only find companys that want to rent me a bottle and open an account with them.
