I had not used it for a couple of months ,When I pulled the trigger, the trigger relay on the pcb board energized but nothing happend. "Aux Transformer and main contactor OK"
I did a full static check of the components all seemed well except for the the two pcb mounted relays .
Iffy contact readings on the trigger relay and high resistance coil reading on the contactor relay.
I decided to change them both trigger relay no problem solder sucker old one off new one on. tested welder operation still just trigger relay click.
The secound one was a right pain the relay had been stuck onto the board desolderd still stuck fast.
In the end to aviod board track damage I stripped the relay back removed coil, isolated contacts soldered fly lead off the back of the board onto the new relay secured it to the board pulled the trigger and all worked OK.
Posted just it case it helps someone with same problem
