My youngest worked out all the string lengths radius of each of these ( I helped with the lead)
Then drew out the template and rolled the steel to conform
( I assisted holding and explaining) 11 year old

Oh she is way to clever to work with mucky steel
It's just good she has a working knowledge of how things are done
Presently she wants to do architecture but they change in thier teens. Her sister is now on route to a medical degree and she wanted to teach at the same age

I used to be a trainer just not in fabrications
23 k a year and not allowed to give them a slap either no thanks

That said I would also be unlikely to take a full timer on as anything but a keen as mustard apprentice - no applications excepted btw at least for a couple of years
