Arch roller. anyone ever built one ?

I was just looking to roll the arches of my fiesta. Nothing drastic, just a tad wider than spec. So i looked at the arch rolling tool, and while its about £40 a week to rent and maybe £160 to buy, it does look suspiciosly like an old scissor jack with a holed circular pllate welded on with an edge roller fixed to the top. (see link) or see this one here You'l get what I'm on about if you have never heard of them. That guy made his own. but I dont know him do i ?

One thing I have learned about the people on this forum over the years I have been proud to be a member, is that there are many very handy guys and gals, who know a thing or two

Anyone ever fabricated one ?
