Not easily. You would need to do major mods to the control circuity and software to do it.
You could make a circuit to vary the current setting to keep a constant voltage. I am doing that with my Airco. But it is an old transformer machine and changes in the current setting apply instantly. An inverter would probably not read the current setting fast enough to keep a constant voltage.
You can use a voltage-sensing wire feeder. That will automatically adjust the wire speed to changes in the voltage. Works well for spray-transfer, not very good on low currents.
