I ordered this and paid for it using my santander visa debit card late March

Email receipt for order. But no tracking details or dispatch confirmation provided. Ignoring emails and not answering the phone. Seems like a legit company as they have ebay account also - albeit bad feedback for similar issues.

Pardon our interruption...

Wondering if anyone else has used this company before? I have to phone my bank about the transaction and hope to be able to get my £ back if they continue to ignore me.

I regret not using ebay or paypal as the refund process is alot easier!!

Online purchases CREDIT card, rather than debit. I use Express Paints in Southampton for Lechler 29107.

I messaged them on ebay and got a response a few minutes later. So that seems to be the best way to contact them hopefully that helps others in the future!!

Bizarre and cost me near 3 weeks delay but got an email saying its dispatched now. They said I didn't complete first line of address. I responded to an email from them on 1st April but it seems like they don't monitor their junk email box so all my emails not being received. Anyway - should be sorted at long last by contacting them on ebay.
