Anyone tried plastic blast media?

Anyone tried plastic blast media (Urea) to remove rust from body panels?

Doesnt appear to be very widely available at the moment, but one safety sheet suggested that its not bad for your health and so it sounds like a tasty alternative to aluminium oxide....
