anyone run octoprint or octo-pc with a webcam ?

right... i have a working setup with octoprint and a webcam
i have a thin clinet wyse box that i am running octo-pc on
octoprint, in the settings 'sees' the snapshot test but not the stream test
spent too many hours on this going round in circles
