because its windows 10/11 and due to it being free you dont control what is installed on the pc
its why i wont install it on any my pcs or i will block any update to windows 10

It is due to the windows spotlight feature (added at a recent update) which changes your background picture, you can turn this off by right-click on the background > personalise > background and choose picture from the drop-down instead of spotlight.
However if you like the picture changing randomly then the registry edit gets rid of the icon.
