Anyone near Hereford or Llandegley, Powys could collect summat for me?

I have a seller with a simple reversing gearbox that I would like, but that they won't send! It's not that big, he reckoned about 18" and 10" diameter.

Is there anyone in the area that could collect the item and send it on to me please? You would be recompensed for the trouble.
