anyone local to make a 3m ally tray

hi all,

Need a folded tray making for the van for lengths of conduit etc.
I'm cutting a hole in the bulkhead of my t5. up to the top so can fit lengths in without bending.
So basically a channel I can strap up to the van ceiling. Light as possible.
Don't want a roof rack!

just use 4" pipe or 6" pipe plastic of coarse then strap it up is mostly what plumbers use

Was just about to suggest 6" plastic drainage pipe strapped to the roof rails.

As it will run into the cab, want it tidy.

what about some square drain pipe you can always cover it, even with some ally chanel its goint to look much the same

you could even cut and screw some ply to the sides to follow the contour of the cab roof lining and cover it so it looks good
