Anyone know anyone near the Nurburgring ?!

Mate of mine is racing in the Nurburgring 24 hours next month and I wanna go !!
Problem is accomodation !! I can go over in the race transporter but there are no hotels to be had near the circuit that I can find, so, long shot but does anyone have a contact there that can either provide lodgings for May 18 to May 21, or know of somewhere ? Obviously I'll pay the going rate.
HELP, I is desperate to go to this !!

I have been to the Nurburgring on the Monday after the Rock am Ring festival. People just put there tent wherever they felt like including in the centre of the dual carriageway
