Is this the correct shape (I am a little unsure on the V-slot bit):

First thing I found with a quick Google search. Web page states they can supply 3m lengths.

That is very similar to the one I posted above.
However, in the photo T0rnado69 posted, he has highlighted a part in red - the top of the slot is chamfered rather than square.
So neither of our suggestions match his requirements.
I have to ask what is so vital about that feature that something else of the same overall dimensions could not be substituted.
Maybe contact the eBay seller of the shorter lengths and ask about their source or a special order. One possible reason for them not offering long lengths is their postage/courier arrangements.

This sort of extrusion is often used to construct moving elements with guide wheels that run in the grooves (e.g. for home made cnc machines).
Ooznest sell by length, but jump straight from 20 x 20 to 40 x 40 - maybe worth a call?

I sell stuff on ebay but I don't list anything longer than 1m.
I can send 3m to a regular uk mainland address but ebay class Highlands/NI/etc under the same and a carrier for those is expensive or unavailable so it's not worth me listing 1m+

You could try openbuildspartstore.com, which is where I got my V slot from when I built my laser cnc. Not sure if they do 3030, as the stuff I got was 2040.
The other possibility is motedis.co.uk but it’s not a company I will use again if at all possible - they have a very strange view on customer service, regarding every enquiry as a nuisance, and they keep a log of how many questions you ask and give you what is basically a nuisance rating. My nuisance Rating plummeted when I enquired about delivery costs, and then plummeted still further when I emailed them to say thanks for the reply - very weird. The other problem with them is that I think all their orders are fulfilled form somewhere on the continent, maybe Holland?? That means delays and customs charges and all that nonsense we have to put up with now.

yes as said above needs to be V slot for wheels to run it like pictured above (thanks MisterG)
its for a cnc frame for holding plasma torch. just dont have the space to have a heavy steel table etc
so a light frame i can hang on the wall when not being used will be ideal.
and make some good use of the hypertherm i recently got. thanks to MattH..

well no luck with this..
Ooznest dont do 30x30 and also wont allow you to collect from them and are located locally in brentwood.
openbuildspartstore and motedis dont do 30x30
and the seller on eBay only does 1m lengths of 30x30 and hasn't responded back to me asking where he gets it from.

Reading this all again, I wonder if we are looking in the correct place. We are looking for a dimensioned shape; perhaps we should look for an application.
You said that the vee slot is to accommodate the wheels that run on it, for a linear motion application.
Maybe instead of 'extrusion', we should look for 'linear guide' or similar. Can you find a source of the wheels that run on it? That might give you some alternative names for the track. Possibly people who sell the wheels will sell the stuff they run on.
Looking around for 'v-slot', much of the time, the term has a 'R' (registered trademark) after it. You could try to find the originator of the trademark and see if they have ever produced it in 30 x 30. If not, then perhaps what you have and what you see for sale is from a non-genuine source that makes shipping of long lengths in a container from China uneconomic.
