Anyone identify a PCB connector

Hi, spent years in miniature high reliability electronics so not usually this type of connectors used.

Its a ride on mower (countax i think 2002 ish) that my daughter uses at their exotic animal sanctuary . Her husband didn't bother with his glasses and managed to connect the battery backwards ( did same on his car previously!!) I can get replacement board but the loom connector is fried. I could hard wire the damaged pins but if a new connecter were available it would be a "better" job.

Unless anyone has a 44-80094-02 "main control fuel" pcb from one of the mowers??

Ah thanks for that i searched PCB edge connector but of course they then to be "signal" connectors.
Interestingly nothing else looks damaged on the board but the on site maintenance guy ( he runs an old Landover so pretty handy type!) soldered the connections and mower runs but some of the interlock functions are incorrect.
PCB is mainly relays and a few resistors etc with a 7805 regulator but nothing in that area looks to have popped ( think a loom fuse went?)
It includes a rev counter and apart from a line of relays there is a plug in "microchip" multipin device but as its available after 20 years and not too dear at £120 its a lot cheaper than replacement mower.

I wasn't too pleased as I had just replaced the slipping drive belts and wire brushed and painted the mower deck!

I was just going to say that looks like some form of Molex.

Key thing will be making sure that the mating squares/pentagons are correct, as there will likely be multiple versions of very similar looking connectors.

Best bet for a circuit board is try an old school mower service place. They usually have a graveyard of rotted/worn out mowers with perfectly serviceable electricals, probably can get a loom connector too that you could splice in.

That looks exceedingly close to a standard 20pin atx power connector off a old computer psu, with the end 4 blocks snipped off (which is a molex). You don't have any old computer psu's lying about do you for a quick fix?

Actually on thinking about it you'd need the motherboard side not the psu, and to loose the 19/20 & 9/10 pins and the retaining clip woudl be in the wrong place to latch. It'd be neater to buy the right thing, or if your lucky some older computers come with 16 pin molex on the supplies too.

Yes as per above same range as fitted to computer power supplies - its a Molex Mini Fit Jr 16 way connector.
Beware though the clone versions you can buy on Amazon, Aliexpress etc whilst they mate perfectly the board header pin pitch is slightly different. Once you get it cleaned up check if the pitch of the holes in the PCB between the two rows is 4.2mm or 5.5mm. If the former you need clone versions, the latter you need genuine Molex.
