anyone heard of a Giant Mig?

clearing out the garage of a mate who died the other year, (5 cars gone and counting) today we found his MIG welder its a Giant MIG 195
never heard of them, knowing him he would have bought it at a show,

not needed by me as I have a Cebora 180,
anyone an idea of value before I stick it on EBay?

I have a Giant tig and a Giant plasma cutter Chinas finest probably but both work away and had no bother with them.

I had the Giant 250 which was 13 amp..good strong Mig but had a torch that never bled the current away after welding and always stuck its self to the bench

Yep, Chinese machine which were first sold here about 10 to 12 years ago.
Unremarkable. PCBs often fail and there's no support.
I sold a 195 recently in good working order for £100.

The cheapest migs I buy on Ebay are all listed like that: not much detail.
Some don't even have a fault. The odd one BNIB. Often these are sold by a non-welder / lives in a flat / thinks it can't be tested without any gas or wire.

A few more lines about it and more photos are needed if you want to get more folk interested and so more bids:
Condition, it's a dual polarity machine, whether it works, amp range,(= steel thickness range), pic of a weld etc.
And GLWS!
