Both will do the job well.
One is German made and high quality, the other is Chinese made, albeit fairly decent.
I'm a snob, so if prices are similar I'll take the EWM every time.
I've not used the EWM but i have tried the Jasic, its not a bad welder.

Ive owned a few EWMs ,,, they are mighty , but the price reflects that , a nice EWM went on E bay last week well worth the money. If your buying at the right price I wouldnt hesitate ,, although I also bought a Lorch dc tig for portable use and its a fine machine with a really simple front end and a great feature set , I got the digital display version and I like its arc . Jasic Ive avoided up to now as they are at the price point where a little more cash gets you into industrial , a pedal can get expensive for EWM though so beware of that .
