Anyone else had problems with Zoro lately?

Had to send some stuff back and without going into all the tedious details I'm no closer to being refunded despite multiple phone calls and emails (which they don't respond to!). They might have been a couple of quid cheaper but not worth it for me for the awful customer services!

I ordered a bodywork spoon late August. Told by them they've delivery problems (which I can believe following the fiasco of our break from the EU) supposed to be delivering late November, time will tell

Had a lot of stuff on backorder recently, with just a notification of a revised shipping eta every few weeks - no problem getting through to customer services, although they have been busy on occasion - the issue I had is nobody being able to give a definitive date for restock, even for an own brand product. Computer says no.

Other than that, orders have been shipping out fine.

I think my issue was because one item from an order was delivered direct from supplier so I couldn't complete an automated returns form online. I had to call customer services who would then email me a returns form. They didn't. I chased twice and gave up so sent the item back with 3 others which did have a returns note. I included a covering letter so all was clear.
They then refund the item with no returns form and I'm still waiting for the refund on the 3 items which did have a returns form - despite 3 phone calls over the last 2 weeks and confirmations that "Accounts have now put that through"

F***ckers I wanted a 8mm chucking reamer, shown as stock item ordered with a corresponding 6mm
The 6mm arrived next day ! the 8mm never materialsed after 2 weeks (delivery date kept getting pushed back) in the end got a refund as call centre admitted they were unlikely to get stock this side of new year.

I'd use them for consumables and other bits but this fiasco left a bitter taste,
the job in hand has now well and truly slipped back down the Q as I had to get on with other things as without the reamers it was a non starter.

Zoro are easy to phone, however their internal communication is terrible, they do not call back or read email. Just keep calling them, they will refund you. I've returned a few and never needed to do a form.

My current order arrived quickly, except two items. All were showing in stock, but now the thrust bearing washers are delayed, called yesterday and will again tomorrow.

Talk of the Devil, just had a delivery date from Zorro for x4, 25mm plumber blocks...

9th February 2022!

I shall be cancelling and going elsewhere and giving **** feedback.

Edit: Just found 4 bearings from 4bearings.co.uk. <£25 all in, free delivery. Tenner saving over Zoro.
