I'm up in Ayrshire, Scotland. paying is not the problem, it's more a case of "we don't do one offs" (code for not interested). The local steel stockist has rollers however he "banned" me because I got fed up waiting on an order and went elsewhere ( nothing special, just some 75x50 box).

He did
it all started when I placed an order for a few lengths of 75x50 box. Initially told it would be ready for collection by the end of the week. Arrive in to collect and told it'll be next week now. This went on for 5 weeks 
Eventually I cancelled and went to his rival and got the full order the next day. I still used the first place for small odds and ends until he found out I'd went elsewhere and threw his toys out the pram and banned me and my mate! Speaking to his rival (manager used to work for first place) it seems it was a common occurrence for people to be banned if they went elsewhere for steel!
