Hi all anybody got an idea how I can straighten this it's an infeed roller for a 200mm planner thicknesser

can't buy the spares for it.
it ain't got to be perfect but the bearing block is stuck solid

Vee blocks and a press, itteratively applying pressure and measuring the results

Oxy Acetylene, big pipe vice and a scaffolding tube ?

ain't got a acetylene set i'm fairly limited to what i've got

local engineering shop with a big press 20 ton plus ask nicely donate to coffee fund etc

Flypress would bonk that straight.

sorted my bench press done it just got to spend a bit of time fine tuning

didn't need heat! it must have some rubber content in the steel!!! not surprised it bent under load
