Any way to darken down aluminium after flapping / polishing

Hello all,
Quick question, anyone know if there is any substance you can get to darken aluminium back to how it comes when new, some bleed through on welds etc, have to flap them down on the other side, just wondered if there was a way to make it dull, i know it will turn like that in time outside, but just wondered if anyone knew a way to blend it in.

I tend to just da it, hit it with scotchbrite. Rub some greasy mitts on it that always ruins the mill finish nicely lol
