Any washing machine gurus?

That will be a bar steward. Had to remove tiles last time. Poxy kitchen fitters.

I am no expert but i have been waiting to test a washing machine for a while, If you want me to test it i have been watching a few youtube videos on how to do it

people make the big mistake of fitting in the washing machine .jack the feet up then tile up to it when you want it out your stuffed . best bet is tile all the way in or sit the washer on plywood same thickness as the tiles or whatever floor covering is used

Had that issue in a house we bought once, couldn’t get the dryer out. access to the feet was impossible with a spanner because of the laminate floor there was literally a few mm of gap. I cut the front legs off in the end using a multi tool then fitted new m8 feet - was a right ball ache.

Washing machine has started making this noise. Can’t remember if it’s 5 or 7 years old.

It’s a Bosch logix7.

It only does it when it has clothes in it and is on spin.

No clothes, you can spin it up to 1200rpm with no noise!

sounds like a loose bearing on the warp drive capt.

Belt in good nick. Have some play between inner and outer drum which suggests bearing is on the way out. Dampers don’t seem to be damping very much. After 7 years I think they may be due replacement.
