I was thinking two or three millimetre stainless if possible to save on paint/finishing, the tin ones on ebay look very flimsy. I will lay the spanners out and see how long it needs to be. It will need to hold doubles of everything up top 27 mm with no gaps and singles up to 50mm so the tangs will have to increase in size as it goes up in sizes. Then another for AF up to 1 1/2" for doubles of everything and a small one for Whit. Small up turn on the tangs to stop them falling off, I can fold them here. Thoughts, designs or ideas at this stage may be useful,I don't mind paying for a whole sheet of material or prototyping time at this stage. Everything I have seen on the wallboard tool storage front seems to be very limited, I am not feeling the love for spanners in a draw anymore.
