Thinking about it, it's probably fed from the table drive gerbox, hence the need for an oiler, if the g/b oil was contained the fill hole would be have been plugged?
I noticed this morning the oil is coming out underneath what appears to be a brass bushing where the shaft goes through it to the worm gear, there does not appear to be any type of oil seal, my fear is that the brass bushing is a friction fit and may need to be replaced???
