any ideas folks..rented garage corregated roof drips

i rent a garage to keep my car in

the roof is made from corregated stuff that maybe asbestos or similar , now it doesnt leak , but when its frosty out it seems both sides freeze up and i get drips on the inside

any ideas on something cheap i can do to help ?

best i can come up so far ...fix some batton to the walls and staple some thin plastic sheet up?

Put a poly sheet up that has some fall on it to let the water run-off to a specific point? Bit like in a car door, to prevent the door cards getting damp.

yeah thats kinda what im thinking...cant really see how i can do a tidy job working alone..would need to be fairly tight

I'm sure there was a thread just this week from someone with a similar problem.
Some were suggesting a special 'anti-condensation' paint which might help in the circumstances, and at least could be done on your own too.

hmm dunno how much that costs ...as its a rented place it needs to be cheap as possible too

Working on the ground, you could staple the poly sheet to wooden batterns, then screw these to the walls at ceiling height. Rotate second batten as you fix it, to tension sheet.

yeah i recon maybe thats the way to go...and cable tie some wood to the side to side joists to keep the center up

got my eye on a white tarp on ebay
